Why you need plants in your life

INDOOR PLANTS & CUT FLORAL GREENS DON'T JUST LOOK GOOD,

THEY MAKE US FEEL GOOD MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY, TOO.

Studies have shown plants & greens:

Boost your mood, your productivity, concentration and creativity. They reduce stress, tiredness, sore throats & colds. They also clean your indoor air (they absorb toxins!), increasing humidity and creating oxygen. They add life to your spaces, reduce noise levels & even give more privacy! Plants are therapeutic.

Nature really does boost your happiness.
When you're feeling down, it's incredible how a long walk outside can calm your mind. When we get in touch with nature, we reduce mental fatigue and stress and we increase our relaxation and our self-esteem. Even more, touching real foliage creates a calming effect. Other studies show that when plants are present in office spaces, work performance is better & staff takes less sick days.

These are some of the plants that are better at purifying the air:
  • Snake Plant: This is a beginner's plant. Easy to care for, with thin, upright leaves that resemble the skin of a reptile. It easily adapts to any condition, making it a great choice for anyone, literally, anywhere.
  • Pothos: One of the easiest plants to care for, can even thrive in less than ideal conditions. Pothos's trailing vines can grow up to 10 feet long.
  • Bird's Nest Fern: This plant is known for its ripple-edged fronds that grow out a bird's nest shape. It's a great plant to hang indoors.
  • Philodendron: Have a shape similar to Pothos, their vines can also trail up to 10 feet long. Along with Pothos, they're one of the easiest houseplants to grow.

With air-purifying in mind, we hope you’ll make any one of these plants an addition to your home or office.
